Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually about an inch above the belly button.
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, about 8 inches below the waist.
Measure from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to where you want the hem to fall.
